Nowadays, digital materials and digital learning methods have become the preferred choices for educators in delivering information to students. Digital materials that are reusable, portable, and stand-alone are referred to as Digital Learning Objects (DLOs). This article employs an alternative method to examine the components of DLOs suitable for use by KAFA teachers using the Nominal Group Technique (NGT). Additionally, the article explores the significance of DLOs in PdPc and the challenges faced by KAFA teachers in implementing DLOs. Furthermore, the research findings indicate that the NGT technique has assisted researchers in obtaining timely validation of elements, as these elements were developed through literature review, expert discussions, and voting processes. It is recommended that further research be conducted to enhance the level of proficiency and ICT skills among KAFA teachers.
